Fillet of Beef (Pink Peppercorn Sauce, Parmesan Roadsted Potatoes)

Brioche Bread & Butter Pudding (Rum Infused Raisins, West Country Clotted Cream)

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup (Horseradish Cream)

Pan Fried Gressingham Duck (Plum & Red Wind Sauce, Root Vegetable Dauphinoise)

Chocolate Cointreau Pots (Orange Shortbread)

Menu C

Smoked Haddock & Caviar Pate (Melba Toast, Dressed Leaves)

Stogumber Lamb Chump (Mint Jus, Rosemary Pomme Puree)

Sticky Toffee Pudding (Butterscotch Sauce, Clotted Cream)

Chicken Liver Parfait (Ciabatta Coins, Dressed Lambs Lettuce)

Quantock Venison Bourguignon (Lyonnaise Beans, Duchess Potatoes)

All guests are served from one of these menus in a Dinner Party Style, followed by a West Country cheese board, then coffee & petit fours served in the Drawing Room.
